The hotel stands in 17 acres of formal gardens and parkland with wonderful views across the Cheshire countryside towards the Welsh mountains.
An ideal touring base for Chester and North Wales, Willington Hall is within easy reach of airports, railway and the motorway network. Willington Hall was built in 1829 as a private house for the Tomkinson family. It was converted into a restaurant in 1977 and a little later into an hotel with 10 bedrooms. The interior has retained its period features whilst having undergone major refurbishment under the ownership of Diana and Stuart Begbie. Dining at Willington Hall is a pleasure whether you chose traditional breakfast, a working lunch or a gourmet dinner. The Hamiltons Banqueting Suite and The Richmond Room are suited for either conferences or private dining. Our staff and events coordinators are dedicated to providing you with the high quality service and attention to detail for which Willington Hall is renowned. Willington Hall has 4 main conference rooms making it an ideal location for holding meetings and conferences for up to 150 delegates. The Richmond room, within the hotel, the Duddon and Kelsall rooms in the Hamilton Suite, and the Hamilton Room itself, can accommodate up to 150 for theatre style presentations.
