Standing on the site of what was originally England’s largest Cistercian Abbey, the Great House forms an imposing sight when viewed on arrival. Lovingly restored in 1998 under the guidance of English Heritage, Vale Royal Abbey presents a majestic and unique venue for conferences, meetings, seminars, training days, presentations, Gala Dinners, product launches and golf days. Nestled in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, at Whitegate, near Northwich, the magnificent venue is situated within easy access of the major road and rail networks, offers ample free parking and provides the perfect setting for a range of corporate events accommodating from 2 to 200 people. All first floor rooms of the Great House are available for corporate events with the rooms themselves having the flexibility to be set-up in a format as required. Vale Royal Abbey’s Conference co-ordinators are on-hand throughout to offer expert advice and guidance to ensure your important event runs smoothly, from start to finish. From advising on the most suitable room layout to achieve the aims of your event, to on-the-day management of the event itself including the provision, set-up and ongoing operation of conference facilities such as digital projection equipment, overhead projectors, laptops, presentation screens, lecterns and microphones. Background music can accompany a presentation using our in-house audio system. Our extensive experience in facilitating large banqueting events means you can be assured of the highest quality and standard of catering provided for any corporate event. Whether you require a simple buffet lunch or something a little grander, our staff will advise on suitable menus and build a catering option which complements the event to the standards it deserves. A private bar is available for any event if a more sociable atmosphere is desired. Our packages are fully adaptable to suit any event and your individual requirements. All packages are formed from a basic room hire including arrival and interim refreshments, through to provision of a full conference set-up with a variety of supplementary facilities and catering options available. Our conference co-ordinators will discuss your requirements in every detail and build the package that is right for you and your event.
