About the venue

The George Albert Hotel is a new purpose built hotel & conference venue.

Opened in 2010 the hotel offers the flexibility to cater for events ranging in size from 2 to 300. All function areas are located on the ground floor with no steps for access, also offer natural daylight & are fully air-conditioned. All rooms are also equipped with built in data projection equipment & sound systems. Internet access is available free throughout the building. All bedrooms are double or twin bedded & designed with comfort in mind. Each room is individually climate controlled & many rooms offer scenic views of the Dorset countryside. The Hotel is easy to find, located on the A37 between Dorchester & Yeovil at the Southern Counties Leisure site.
