About the venue

Parklands Hotel is available for presentations and meetings.

The boardroom provides a perfect venue for small meetings, accommodating up to 16 in boardroom style. Equipment available for use includes a flip chart, OHP and screen plus TV and Video with other items being hired in on request. The meeting room is both Wi-Fi enabled and cabled for broadband internet access. This allows delegates using their laptop computers to access documents from their company Internet, Intranet or VPN, send and receive e-mails, video conference, or even present from another location. Broadband internet access is free to delegates. Coffee and Pastries are available on arrival and delegates can either select from the standard restaurant offerings for lunch and dinner or have specific buffets or menus planned for them. Please call to discuss your options. Should you require it the hotel can accommodate up to 14 delegates on a 24 Hour basis and provide a main meeting room, plus 2 breakout areas.
