Here at Glewstone we have the ideal setting for small conferences and management meetings.
We can accommodate up to 8 guests in single rooms or 15 sharing twin rooms overnight; theatre style seating for up to 20 or for a more informal layout the whole hotel can be used for syndicate rooms. We have wi- fi access, overhead projector, screens and flip charts for your use. Room hire includes coffee on arrival (or with maybe a Bacon Buttie!), followed by coffee and biscuits mid morning and afternoon tea and home made cake to finish. A three course lunch or something lighter from our a la carte menu is charged extra as consumed. Alternatively during the warmer months some guest like to use our beautiful garden for their meetings. If a smaller meeting is required for a few hours we make no charge for room hire if a full Lunch or Dinner is booked.
